RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Because every bag is handmade to order specifically for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please email me at moonharris21@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and I will arrange a replacement or full refund. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks of placing it, please get in touch and I will investigate with the shipping carrier. Your satisfaction matters to me — if there is any issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to make it right.
